Lace Bookmark

Here is one of my favorites. It looks absolutely nothing like the original website picture, but I like it all the same!

CO 11 stitches. 

Knit 2 rows. 

Row 1 (right side): K1, P1, SSK, (YO, K1) 3 times, YO, K2tog, P1, K1 (13 stitches)

Row 2: K2, P9, K2 (13 stitches)

Row 3: K1, P1, SSK, K5, K2tog, P1, K1, (11 stitches)

Row 4: K2, P7, K2 (11 stitches) 

Repeat rows 1-4 until desired length ending with row 1. 

K1 row on wrong side. There will be 13 stitches.

Dec Row: (K2tog) twice, K5, (K2tog) twice.

Bind off.
